Refund policy
Exchange Policy (7 days)
We currently offer a 7-day exchange policy only. This means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.
Please note: we do not accept returns or provide monetary refunds. Exchanges ensure you get the right product quickly once your request is approved.
Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
- You may request an exchange if: the size does not fit, the colour is significantly different from the product photos, the product is damaged, or you received an incorrect product.
- You must share your order number or proof of purchase.
- Exchange requests made after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.
Exchange Process
You can choose one of the following options:
Option 1: You ship the product to us
- Ship the product to the address we share with you.
- The shipping charge you pay will be reimbursed when you send us a valid courier receipt.
Option 2: We arrange a pickup
- We can arrange a pickup for the exchange.
- No reverse pickup charge is applied.
- You pay the shipping/delivery fee for sending the exchange product to you.
Once your exchange request is approved under Option 1, we will send you the return shipping details and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: items sent back without prior exchange approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
Important Notes
- No monetary refunds will be issued.
- Exchange is subject to product availability.
- If the requested size/product is unavailable, store credit valid for 6 months will be issued.
