Exchange Only
We currently offer a 7-day exchange policy only. This means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.
Please note: We do not accept returns or provide monetary refunds. Exchanges ensure you get the right product quickly once your request is approved.
Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

You may request for an exchange if: Size does not fit, Colour mismatch (Significantly different from product photos), Damaged product, Incorrect product received.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchange request beyond 7 days will not be accepted.
Exchange Process
Customers can choose one of the following options:
Option 1: Customer Ships the Product

Customer ships the product to our provided address.

Shipping charges paid by customer will be reimbursed upon submitting valid courier receipt.
Option 2: Pickup Arranged by Us

We can arrange a pickup for exchange.

Customer must pay an additional shipping/delivery fee for the exchange product.

No reverse pickup charges will be applied.
Once your exchange request is approved under Option 1, we will:

Send you a return shipping details.

Provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back without prior exchange approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

You received the wrong item.
Important Notes

If the requested size/product is unavailable, store credit valid for 6 months will be issued.
